My pacer had stock tai feathers and it definitely took a while to get the tail up even with full nose down trim. Pacers and tripacers have a lower angel of incedence than cubs but i dont think that affects what you are talking about, If they attach correctly i dont know if they will they would be like a clipped wing cub.
